Closed wire storage machine YH-FC2000
○ Tension wheel: The tension wheel is divided into an upper fixed wheel group and a lower moving wheel group. The diameter of the tension wheel is 300 mm .
○ Speed feedback: When the computer wire stripping machine is working, the tension wheel moves accordingly, and the potentiometer is driven to rotate by pulling the wire. The potentiometer will feedback the signal to the inverter to control the speed of the pay-off motor, thereby controlling the pay-off speed to be synchronized with the computer wire stripping machine ( Tip: When the host and pay-off machine are used together, the online signal line needs to be installed ) .
○Tension adjustment: Adjust the cylinder pressure to adjust the tension .
