○ Our heat-shrinkable tube tunnel oven guarantees uniform heat distribution, ensuring consistent and reliable shrinkage of tubes. ○ Our oven is equipped with advanced temperature control mechanisms, enabling precise regulation of heat levels. This ensures that your heat-shrinkable tubes are subjected to the optimal temperature, preventing any damage or deformation during the shrinking process. With our oven, you can have peace of mind knowing that your products will maintain their integrity and functionality.
○ When using an energy-saving heat shrinkable tube machine, the wire harness should be clamped between the double-sided timing belts. After the previous wire harness has completely entered the machine, the next wire harness can be added continuously.
○ The upper and lower timing belts will clamp the wire harness and synchronously transport the wire harness to the heating zone and cooling zone, and finally be transported to the collection area at the end of the drive belt, where the wire harness or carrier can be removed individually or in one piece. This entire process is almost A continuous process with no time to delay. After cooling for a few seconds, all wire harnesses can be removed together.
