○ Manual and automatic modes are switchable on the HMI panel. Equipped with an intelligent control system, the machine supports counting, data storage, monitoring, self-diagnosis, fault alarm and power-off protection, auto-stopping and alarming for stable & safe production.
○ It runs fully automatically: After feeding breaker housings and pins, the equipment completes housing sorting, positioning and precision pin insertion via turntable. Real-time inspection separates qualified and defective products.
○ The stable plate chain conveyor has a 750mm standard height with ±50mm adjustment range. An emergency stop button is provided; insulation resistance ≥5MΩ meets industrial safety requirements. The touch screen saves production data for 30 days and adopts two-level user authority management to prevent misoperation.
