  • Simple operation, saving manpower and increasing output.

  • Equipment configuration: adopts Taiwan AirTAC pneumatic components, Panasonic PLC controller, Taiwan ABBA linear guideway and Panasonic servo motor.

  • Head machine function: wire feeding, wire cutting and head stripping, CCD automatic color discrimination, core wire separation, core molding and stripping, CCD color confirmation(If the color error is detected, the crimping will not be processed.), inner frame crimping, CCD inspection, copper wire leakage and polarity re-inspection.

  • Tail machine function:wire grabbing, wire tail stripping, CCD automatic color discrimination, core wire separation, core molding and stripping, CCD color confirmation(If the color error is detected, the crimping will not be processed.), inner frame crimping, CCD inspection, copper wire leakage and polarity re-inspection.
